Custom Marine Concepts Calcutta rules: All teams must pay an entry fee of $30 per team to enter the Custom Marine Concepts Calcutta division, regardless of age.
The goal of the CMC Calcutta is to have all four species of gar, carp, buffalo and bowfin and the heaviest stringer of these 4 fish wins.
CMC Calcutta requires 1 species of gar, 1 species of carp, 1 buffalo fish, 1 bowfin (also called ginnel)
To enter the calcutta division the standard entry fee of $15 per person must first be paid.
If you have one gator gar that is 50#, one common carp that is 20#, one buffalo that is 25#, and one bowfin that is 5# then your total weight is 100#. We are still working out the details like what happens if no one is able to bring in all four types of fish where does the money go or does it go to the heaviest 3 species.
Remember even if someone shows up with all four species and they are all 4 less than 10#s they still beat someone who shows up with only 3 species even if they weigh 250# total!
Payouts are paid to teams, not individuals. However, if a shooter wishes to shoot alone on a boat then he would be considered his own team.
There is no minimum team size or maximum team size but one team fishes from only one boat.
No alcohol in boats during tournament hours.
Only non-game fish may be taken per TPWD rules.
Only gar (all species), carp (all species), buffalo, bowfin, gaspergou, and suckers will be counted. Catfish will NOT be counted!

Fish disposal will be provided for all fish except catfish!
